Call from Rebecca Ford saying she is a process server
She said if I didn't want the papers served, I could talk to a representative of Element Mediation Group. The number that came up was (276) 209-2131.
That was it. She never gave me any real details about what this was even about. Just said she was coming to serve papers and gave me that option to call Element Mediation Group instead.
Voicemails saying they will serve me paperwork
It's gotten really frustrating and annoying. She leaves these harassing messages and doesn't even use my name. I just want it to stop. I've never dealt with this company before and I have no idea why they keep calling me. This has been going on for a while now.
Phone call saying my payment was declined but I never used them
I have never worked with this company before. I never paid them anything. So there is no way a payment would have failed. I don't know how they got my info but it doesn't make sense.
