Phone call saying my payment was declined but I never used them

This company keeps calling me. Today they left a voicemail from a woman named Angela saying she's from element group but the phone number shows Element Mediation Group. She said my payment was declined and I need to call back to recover it before they add a penalty fee. The number she gave was 888-341-3837.

I have never worked with this company before. I never paid them anything. So there is no way a payment would have failed. I don't know how they got my info but it doesn't make sense.
