Constant automated calls about a loan I never requested

I keep getting constant phone calls from different numbers. It's always the same automated message. A recording says, "This is Elena Alvarez with the lending department about your loan request. I'm reaching out because we've had an update on your file, and based on current underwriting, it looks like we can move with your approval forward and get you funded in less than 2 business days."

I never requested any loan from them. The calls just keep coming from different numbers, so I can't even block them all. It's the same message every time. I don't know who this is or what they want, but I didn't ask for a loan.
