Horrible cutomer service and this company does not stand behind their products. I ordered 3 bannatons and a bread knife from Elerae. I placed the order mid-February 2026. When I did not receive the order after 3 weeks, I contacted them for a status. It took many days for them to finally respond. I received an unprofessional response that the order was on its way. Tracking information was not accurate. It took another 5 weeks to finally get my order. In the meantime, I contacted the company 4-5 times with a long delay in response from them. Each response was an excuse (ie each basket needs to be hand woven, etc.). Very frustrating that the only way to contact them is through email with having to wait many days to hear back from them.
Then, the bread knife broke after just 3 uses (over about 3 weeks). I contacted them, with a picture of the broken knife, with again long delays. I asked for a refund which they said they could not do because it was past the 30 days (it was past the 30 days because they took so long to get back to me). Then I asked for a replacement and I would send back the broken knife, that was 1 1/2 weeks ago, still no response.
Very frustrating experience.

Horrible customer service
I asked to change my shipping address immediately after I submitted my order it took two days and three emails before I received a reply. Once received they said no problem they would change it for me. After a long delay my order was finally shipped and of course it went to the wrong stress. I had to pay $21 dollars to have it shipped to the correct address and I requested to be reimbursed due to their error. It took another two emails before I received a reply and they out right lied to me. They said the order had been processed already when I requested the change in address. That was a lie It took an additional 3 weeks before I received my order. Not responsive and horrible customer service I would never order from them again,.

Ordered items from Elerae.com and never got them
I placed an order on Elerae.com back on February 5th. It was for five items and came to $155. I still haven't received anything.
There's still no real shipping info for the order. I've sent four emails now asking for the status and an updated shipping date. Their replies haven't been adequate at all. They don't say where the package actually is or give any intended delivery date. Nothing.
