Ordered a product in November, still haven't received it or a refund

I saw this Elevate Back Mat product online and placed an order for it back in November. Their site said shipping starts in 7 to 10 business days. That never happened.

I sent an email asking about it. They replied saying there was a shipping delay but they'd keep me informed. December came and went with no update, no follow-up at all. I tried reaching out again in December and got no response back.

So I had to contact my bank about it. Now it's March and I still don't have the product. I don't have my money back either.
