Ordered something online and tracking says delivered but nothing showed up

I made my order and while I was tracking it, it said it was delivered but I never seen it. They said they would redeliver and still nothing. I have been waiting for my refund for 2 months now. The email they used was [email protected]. It was an online purchase and I lost $43.96. I just want my money back.
