Signed up for mentorship with money-back guarantee but they refused refund

I signed up for the Elite E-Commerce FBA Blitz thing on Skool.com. It was supposed to be a paid mentorship and they had a money-back guarantee so I thought it was safe.

When I asked for my refund, Josh who was my sales advisor said he would process it. Then he called me back like 10 minutes later and said his manager reviewed it and he couldn't do the refund. He said there's some unwritten no-refund policy for the Silver membership which is what he insisted I sign up for. So now I'm out $1000 and nobody will help me.
