They sent me a bill after I said I wasn't interested

I called Elite Solar Recovery from their website because I wanted info about canceling my solar panel contract. I talked to someone named Kiri Clemence and told her I'd check with my husband and call back.

When I did call back and she explained the whole process, I told her I wasn't interested. She texted asking if I wanted to speak to her supervisor. I said no. Then I got an email with an invoice "for the service provided." I called, texted, and emailed them that no service was provided and we never had a contract. Haven't heard from them since.
