Paid for shoes, got a fake tracking number and the site disappeared

I was looking for a specific pair of shoes and found them through a Google search. The site was elitesteep.store. I paid through the shop app for them.

They sent me a fake tracking number. Now the whole website is just gone. I tried the phone number, (614) 375-2923, but it says the voicemail isn't set up and then it hangs up. The email, [email protected], gets no reply.

I lost $96.10. Nothing ever showed up.
