Ordered two items in May and still nothing by August
They told me it had shipped but couldn't give me any shipping details. I sent more emails and they said it was still in process. Then on July 14th they said the first order got lost in transit and a new one was shipped out. I kept asking for the shipping info and they said their system was down and they'd send it ASAP.
It's August 2nd now. No shipping info, no products, nothing.
Ordered online from a boutique that never sent anything
The address they had was somewhere in Oregon, USA. I looked around after I didn't get anything and all the reviews say it's a scam. Just kind of stuck with it now.
Ordered a jumpsuit from a boutique that never sent it
June 25 2026 and still nothing. I lost 64 dollars on this. The address they had was North Bend, WA 98045 but I don't know if that's even real. Just kept getting the runaround through email about delivery dates and that was it.
Bought something cheap and now they want me to pay to return it
So I waited for them to respond and they made me fill out this long form with pictures to see if it even qualifies for return. They finally emailed back and said I have to pay to ship it back myself and then they'll give me a refund after they get it. But then they said it can take up to two months to get my money back. I looked up the address they finally gave me and it's linked to scammers. I'm out $69.95.
Online store claiming to be in the US but returns go to China
Then they told me I have to ship the package to China and it would cost me between $35 and $65 plus tariffs. I read their whole return policy. The whole website makes you think they are based in the United States. It feels really deceptive.
I looked up the site before buying and it didn't flag anything but now when I search it shows up as a scam. So now I'm stuck with stuff I don't want and no reasonable way to return it. Lost a little over $103.
