Bought jumpsuits from Facebook ad and now the website disappeared

I saw an ad on Facebook for Elizabeth's Seaside Boutique. Looked legit, like a US company. They said they have a 30 day no hassle return policy and you just pay to ship it back. So I ordered two jumpsuits from their website.

I only got one of them and it doesn't fit right. I tried to return it but then found out I'd have to ship it back to China. That costs almost as much as the jumpsuit itself. Now their website is gone and they have a new one called Elizabeth's Coastal Boutique. Seems like they just make a new site when people catch on.

Still waiting on the second item but I know it won't fit either. I spent $121.41 on this whole thing. Feels like a total scam.
