Paid nearly 55 dollars for something that never came

I ordered something from that website ellieseattle.con and paid $54.95. The item never showed up. I tried to contact them but there is no email address on the site, just that phone number (503) 267-9579. I called and nobody answered. The address just says WA, USA so that doesn't help either. I found an email [email protected] somewhere but I'm not even sure that's for the same thing. Just feels like I got taken for the money and there's nothing I can do.
