Bought a wallet on Facebook ad and never got it

I saw an ad on Facebook for a wallet and bought it. That was about a month ago. I still haven’t gotten anything.

I kept emailing them at [email protected] and they just kept sending me the same generic replies. Then they told me it wasn’t their problem because the package was delivered on May 25, 2026. Let me tell ya, that package was never delivered. I paid $41.70 and got nothing.
