Ordered three colognes but only got one and they won't refund

I bought three luxury colognes from Elyon Dubai Perfumes, order number *****. Only one of them showed up. And the one I got doesn't even smell like what I expected or match the quality they advertised.

I called them and asked for a refund for the one I got and to cancel the other two since they haven't shipped yet. They told me the other two won't be ready for two weeks. But they refused to give me any money back. They said they can't cancel orders that aren't ready to ship, which makes no sense.

I just want my money back for all three. The one I got and the two that haven't even gone out yet. That's $680 total.
