Paid for items from an ad, never got them and can't get a refund

I saw an ad on TikTok for discounted Demonia stuff and clicked through to the site. It was Elyonne.com. I picked out a few items and paid for them around the end of November. It was $40.

Since December started, I've complained a bunch of times about not getting my package. They keep telling me different ways to fix it, the last one was to resend my whole order. But I've asked for a complete refund so many times and they won't give it to me. They just keep trying to solve it some other way. I've emailed [email protected] about it. Nothing has worked.
