Ordered a dress but no refund after sending it back
I still haven't gotten my 75 dollars back. They don't have a phone number so I can't call anyone. I've emailed them at [email protected] and all I get back is some automated AI response. It never actually addresses my refund or answers my questions. It just feels like they are stalling and hoping I'll give up. The address on their site is 5419 Hollywood Blvd Pbm 160, Los Angeles, CA 90027. I just want my money back for the dress I returned.

But here's the thing, their packaging address was from Vernon, CA, only 26 miles from where I live. Made no sense at all. I gave up trying to send it back and just took their 15% refund offer. Still stuck with an overpriced dress that's poorly made. Please shut this place down.
Ordered a dress that didn’t fit and now they won’t reply
They actually wrote me back that same day. But instead of just telling me how to send it back, they asked me to send pictures of the dress and an explanation so they could find a "resolution". The website says they accept returns within 30 days, so I did what they asked and explained everything again. It’s now 8/12/26 and I still haven’t heard anything back from them about the return or my refund. I just want to send this dress back and get my money back.
Bought a dress online, sizing was off and return was a hassle
So I tried to return it and the seller at first wanted pictures to prove it didn’t fit. Then they said the item is the size I ordered and offered me to order a different size. I asked them for the sixth time I don’t want another size, just a return. Finally they said they’d take it back for a 30% surcharge and gave me a UK return address. But their website says they are in the US. Lost $110.

Ordered a dress from a fake boutique with a made up story
Kept getting emails saying my order was taking longer because of the current online sale volume. After over a week of tracking the package supposedly in transit I contacted the delivery company Gofo and they said they hadn't even received it yet. I filed a dispute with my bank and emailed Emblem to let them know.
Found a bunch of other complaints about this fake company after I already lost the money. Wish I had seen them first. Now I'm just hoping they don't use my info to do more damage.
Ordered a dress that looked nothing like the photo
When I tried to return it they kept asking for photos and video to “better assist” me. Then they said since international shipping is expensive I would have to pay for it, and told me it would be better to take a 15% voucher for future purchases. I lost $59.95. This is an absolute scam.
Ordered dresses from a website that said San Francisco but came from China
I emailed them and they asked for pictures so I sent them. Instead of letting me return they just kept sending me discount offers and said I had to pay for return shipping. I said no to all of them and kept asking for a refund and return instructions. They just kept sending more discount offers.
Then the last email finally had a return address but it's in London. And they said if the items aren't received in 30 days from delivery they can just deny the refund. It took weeks just to get the return info. No company with integrity should do this. Total scam.
Ordered two dresses but got cheap junk from China with no tags
They don't have a phone number, only email. I sent them 5 emails asking how to send the dresses back. First they asked for pictures of the items front and back and the tags but there are no tags. Then they came back and offered me a discount to order something else from their site. They never mention how to send items back. It just goes back and forth and all they do is offer a bigger discount on ordering more stuff. No option to send back and get a refund. Total scam. They need to be shut down.
