Paid for firefighting courses but no one would give us the final exam

We found this website emergency-one.com that says it’s an online training platform for firefighting and EMS certifications. So we paid for two courses, it was a thousand dollars total.

After we finished the courses we tried to get in touch with someone for the final exam but nobody ever answered. No reply to emails or anything. We never got any certification from it.
