Ordered high end clothes online got cheap fabric and no one answers

I ordered from that website EMILIA ROSE thinking I was getting some high end clothing. When the package came it was nothing like what they showed. The fabric is cheap not even close to what was described on the site. And the sizing is way off from their chart.

I tried calling the number they have on the website a few times. No one ever picks up. I sent emails too but they just go unanswered. I spent 60 dollars on this and it feels like I threw my money away.
