Ordered from Emma and Chloe Calgary and never got my item

I saw Emma and Chloe Calgary on Facebook advertising. I googled them and it seemed like they had a real address in Calgary. The website looked fine. So I ordered something for $80 back in late April 2026.

After a few weeks I got worried because I never got any tracking update. I emailed them from the website and they said their items come from international sellers. And that it was an online thing, no physical store in Calgary. I tried emailing them a few more times and then I got a delivery failure notice. I never got the item.

Looks like a lot of other people had the same thing happen with this company.
