Ordered a purse, got a poor quality item and no real refund

I ordered a purse from this website at the beginning of March. When I checked my credit card, I saw the charge was processed in the UK. I contacted the email from my order right away and asked for a FULL REFUND to my card because it felt like a scam site. They told me it was legit and to be patient.

I got the order on March 24th, 2026, and the quality is very poor. It's not worth $79.95 at all. I emailed their website AGAIN asking for a full refund and this is what they replied: A 30% refund and I can keep the item, or a 75% store credit for a future order. Why would I want a store credit to shop with them again when I'm not happy with the purchase I'm trying to get refunded? We've had numerous emails back and forth and nothing has been done to refund my full purchase price.
