Pinterest ad for pants that are nothing like what they sent

I saw this ad on Pinterest for a pair of pants, it comes up all the time. So I finally ordered them. The pants they sent are nothing like the ones in the ad. Like not even close.

When I complained they said I could send them back but I have to pay the shipping. So I have to pay to send back something I didn't even want because they sent the wrong thing. They won't refund my money or send the right pants.

I think they are just selling a product they don't actually have. I lost $50.
