Ordered a 250th anniversary flag banner and never got it

I ordered a 250th Anniversary Banner United States Flag bunting from an ad on Facebook. It said it was fade resistant and looked good in the pictures. I placed the order on May 3rd.

I never got the item. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and I also tried calling the number they had, (860) 653-5148. Nobody answered and nobody ever got back to me.

Lost $40.47 on this. Just wanted the banner for the anniversary and got nothing.
