Ordered online a year ago and still nothing delivered

I ordered a product through Etsy at first, then they moved me to shop.app. I kept asking about it and they always said they would send it. It has been a year now and I still have not gotten the product.

Their website is empireessentials.shop and their email is [email protected]. I lost $301.75 on this. They just kept telling me it was coming but nothing ever showed up.
