Called the number on their site and got charged for a non refundable reservation

I found Enterprise’s phone number on their website and called to make a reservation. Nobody told me I was talking to a third party or anything like that. They also didn’t say the payment was non refundable if I cancelled.

So I cancelled the reservation and now they won’t give my money back. It was $301.98. I called the number (844) 294-5018 and they just said no refunds. I never agreed to that. The address they gave was Wilmington, DE. I feel like I got tricked.
