Phone call about a car accident that was already paid by insurance

Someone called me from (352) 313-4600 saying they were Enterprise Car Rental. They told me I needed to send $1,000.00 for an accident I had in a 2025 BMW on my trip to Florida in November 2025.

This whole thing is already settled. My insurance company paid for it and the other driver’s insurance also paid the damages. I don’t know why they are calling me again asking for money. They sent me an email too from [email protected] and a letter to a PO Box in Kansas City, MO 64180.

I didn’t send them anything. But it feels weird they have all my info and are still pushing this.
