Emailed about passport renewal from fake government agency

I googled passport renewal and got an email from Entry LLC Government Agency. Turns out it's not a government agency at all, it's some kind of Imposter Global Entry phishing thing. I feel stupid now.

They have all my personal info now. My photo, my credit card number, everything. I lost $198. I don't even know what to do. The email came from [email protected] and they said they were in Maryland.
