Ordered a custom hat for Father’s Day and it never came

I ordered a custom embroidered Father’s Day hat online from this company. It never arrived and I really don’t think it ever will.

When I reached out to them they replied through a group email that had other customers copied on it. That felt really unprofessional and weird. They said they’d send me a preview of the hat design in two days but I never got one.

I asked for a refund and they just stopped answering. I tried calling the number on their website but it goes straight to a voicemail that just says “Kenny.” That made me even more suspicious. Just wanted to share what happened.
