Ordered two Epi Coolers and they shipped it after I cancelled

I ordered two Epi Coolers for $241.96 on May 29th. I waited and waited but nothing showed up. Finally on June 19th I just broke down and bought an air conditioner from the store because I couldn't handle the heat with my COPD.

So I called Epi Coolers customer service that same day and cancelled my order. The lady said my refund request was submitted and I told her I wanted the whole order cancelled since it hadn't even shipped yet. She said I'd get an email confirming.

Four days later on June 24th I got an email saying my order had shipped. I've been calling and calling trying to get my money back. I even filed a claim with my card holder. I'm a single middle aged woman with health issues just trying to survive paycheck to paycheck. This should be illegal. Someone should be arrested because they are stealing from honest hard working people and robbery is a crime.
