Paid for a cooler that was supposed to cool instantly but nothing worked

I saw this Epic Cooler thing online, it said it was some kind of smart cooling and heating unit with TurboCool technology that cools down to 60 degrees. Sounded good, so I ordered it. The price was supposed to be $137.99 but when it went through it ended up being $157.97.

I got the package and it’s just a cheap little thing, doesn’t do anything like they said. No instant cooling, no smart anything. I tried to use it and it barely got cold. I looked up the company info they gave me, the address is in Hacienda Heights and the email they used for payment was [email protected]. The website they listed was just "youtube" which didn’t make sense.

I tried calling the phone number they had, (656) 221-1407, but nobody answers. I just want my money back. This was not what I paid for.
