Ordered a cooler from a website and never got it

I ordered from getepicooler.com and paid $157.97. I never got any order confirmation email or a delivery date. I just placed the order and then nothing. The item was never received at all. I tried emailing [email protected] but no reply. The phone number is (302) 207-3829. I don't know what else to do at this point.
