Ordered a portable AC and it never shipped after 20 days

I ordered a portable air conditioner from www.epicooler.store and paid $160. The shipping was supposed to be 7 to 12 business days. It’s been 20 days now and the tracking still says waiting on carrier, no update at all.

I contacted their customer support at [email protected] and they told me it was already shipped. But the tracking never changed. So I contacted them again to cancel and get a refund. They just said the same thing, that it was shipped. It’s been 20 days and still no tracking update and no refund. Their phone number is (302) 207-3829.
