Charged for two units when I only ordered one

I ordered from epicoooler.com and paid extra for expedited shipping. Then I saw I got charged for two units instead of one. I tried to cancel but they said it was already processed and I’d have to return the extra one once it showed up.

That was a week ago. No tracking number, no delivery date. I got two emails saying I can’t change my order. I did talk to someone who said they “tried” to cancel it. I’m pretty sure we’re just out the money now and won’t even get the crappy product we ordered. They charged me for two devices I never signed up for.
