Rude service from a streaming site for Fire stick

I signed up for this streaming service through their website epicviewtv.com for my Fire stick. The whole thing was a mess from the start.

I emailed them at [email protected] and the person I dealt with was just very rude. No help at all. Just nasty attitude. I didn't lose any money because I didn't pay yet but the way they talk to people is not right.

It's supposed to be a streaming service but honestly they just seemed like they didn't care. I'm in the United States and I thought I was getting a legit thing but nope. Just rude people and no real service.
