Ordered a scooter from a website and never got it

I was looking for an electric scooter online for my kid's Christmas gift. I typed a search into Google for a deal and this website popped up. I clicked on it and it looked legit, so I guess I didn't pay enough attention and just made the purchase.

I even got a reply from customer service the first time I asked about tracking. But then today I looked up the charge from the company on my card online. I found out the same name has been used in a bunch of other scams where people got charged.

Now I can't get any response from them. I still haven't gotten my money back.
