Got a threatening voicemail from someone named Caroline about a personal business matter

I got a voicemail from someone saying her name is Caroline. She said it was about an urgent personal business matter. She claimed their office made several calls and they really, really need to hear back from me today.

She told me to call or go to a website, www.equinoxrecovers.com, to get settled up. She said if they don't hear back, they can't help me and may be forced to take further steps and begin skip tracing in my county.

I have no idea what this is about. I don't have any business with them. The whole message felt off and threatening, telling me to "do the right thing." I never signed up for anything and I don't owe them money.
