Website with too-good prices turned out to be a scam

I found this website www.equipmentcd.com and the prices were just way too good to be true. The site looks really professional, photos don't look AI generated or anything. But something felt off so I looked up the company address they listed in Petersburg, NE using the Boone County Assessor records.

Turns out there is a real business at that address but it's not them. I called the Boone County Sheriff's office to check and they confirmed it's a scam. After digging deeper I found one Yelp review hidden in there from a guy named Ben Thorington saying he lost $4000 on this same website. Phone number they list is (402) 899-3376 and email is [email protected]. Just glad I didn't send them any money.
