Salespeople promised lifetime guarantee but contract says something else
So I talked to the salespeople at Erase.com and they kept telling me their service has a lifetime guarantee. That's what made me go with them. But when I actually got the contract, it doesn't say that anywhere. I pointed it out to them and they refused to change the contract. One guy even tried to argue with me like I can't read plain English.
Either they need to stop telling people it's a lifetime guarantee or they need to put it in the contract. It's pretty simple. Look at what it says in the contract – "Should a review referenced above become reposted by the same review platform after being successfully removed, Erase.com will attempt to remove the review again at no additional charge." So they're saying they'll "attempt" to remove it. That's not a guarantee. That's just trying. What does that even mean specifically?
Their address is 3050 Biscayne Boulevard Suite 400, Miami, FL 33137. Their email is [email protected]. I didn't lose any money yet but this whole thing feels off.
