Paid ERBT Sales to sell my timeshare and can't get my money back

I used ERBT Sales to sell my timeshare and I paid them $1650.00. I later decided to cancel the service. They told me I had to wait 180 days to get a refund. So I waited the 180 days, and I didn’t receive anything.

I tried to contact the sales associate by phone and email but got no answer. The contact person’s name is Mike Porter. I’ve tried the phone number and the email but nothing. Still no refund.
