Ordered something on Instagram, paid and never got it

I ordered something from a seller on Instagram and paid $22. I never got the item. There’s no tracking number or anything. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back.

I don’t even know what the company name is. The phone number they had was (225) 931-2820 but I don’t know if that’s real. I just want my money back or the thing I ordered.
