Credit card charged for Geek Squad I never signed up for

I got a notification that my credit card was charged for some Geek Squad thing. I didn’t order anything like that and it’s not even my address they sent it to.

So I called the number they gave me to cancel it. The guy said I had to log into this website first before they could do anything. I told him no way I’m not logging into some random site. He kept pushing it but I wouldn’t do it.

Now I’m out $308 and nobody will help. The website is [email protected] and they gave an address in Dallas but who knows if that’s real. I also got an email from [email protected] about it.
