Signed up for one-time purchase but got charged again anyway
When I saw the charge I went to their website to cancel. It said I needed a login link sent by email. I tried a bunch of times but the email never came. So I couldn't even get into my account to stop it.
I sent them emails at [email protected] asking to cancel and get a refund for that charge I didn't authorize. They never wrote back. Nothing. So I filed a dispute with my bank. Their address is 177 E Colorado, Pasadena, CA 91105. I lost $39.95. I just want them to cancel everything and refund me and tell me in writing they won't charge me again.
