Phone call about legal documents for property I don’t own

Some woman called and said her name was Amy Smith. She said my other half needed to contact her right away about a legal document for some property. She gave a reference number 925300 from E.S Processing Co.

I don’t even know what property she’s talking about. She wouldn’t say much else, just that it was urgent and they needed to get in touch. The number was (316) 394-1038 and she said they’re in Wichita, KS. Felt off.
