Email saying my policy auto-renewed with an invoice

Got an email from this address saying my policy had automatically renewed. They sent me an invoice that showed a payment went through for $488.77. Said I only had 24 hours to cancel it.

Then they told me I had to let them take control of my computer so they could help me fill out a form to cancel the order. I didn’t fall for any of that. I told them I was contacting the BBB instead.

The phone number they used was (813) 507-4710. No real company name anywhere.
