Hired for a remote job that now seems like a scam

I saw an ad for a remote job from EskandaryPortahub.com and asked about it. Everything seemed legit at first. We even did an interview that felt normal, and I gave them my resume.

They hired me and I signed an offer letter. But after that, things got weird. I can't find any info about this company online. They sent me a photo of a check to deposit for work equipment, but the check didn't go through.

Now they're telling me I need to open an "approved" bank account for transactions. I don't feel comfortable with this at all. I'm starting to think this isn't a real company.
