Online mosquito trap order turned into refund runaround

I ordered one of those garden mosquito traps from essencean.com, it was advertised for 44 USD. But then they charged me 52. When I asked about it they refunded 10.77. That does not add up to the full amount.

I asked for a complete refund and told them to cancel the order. Now I am just waiting. They have my money and I do not know if they will actually do anything. The website is still up.
