Paid for jewelry giveaway shipping and got a fake tracking number

I saw this page on Facebook, Ethan & Lara Jewelers. They said the husband died and she was selling all the jewelry at a discount. I didn't buy anything then but kept seeing the posts. Recently they started posting about giving all the jewelry away, you just pay the shipping cost. I purchased 9 items and the shipping was supposed to be like $17 something.

I got two emails. The second email said they were preparing my order for shipment and gave a tracking number. I clicked the tracking number link to check the status and it just says "Hmmmm...can't reach this page." That was it. The money came out, $96 total. From California. The website is Ethan-Lara.com. Nothing ever came and that tracking link is fake.
