Paid for an order and never got the item

I placed an order online and paid about 40 dollars for it. Just a regular purchase, nothing complicated. I never got the merchandise. Not the item, not a shipping update, nothing.

I tried reaching out but I didn't really get anywhere. No package ever showed up. I just want my money back for something I never received. It's frustrating.

Ordered a DVD on Etsy and seller said not her problem

I bought a DVD from a shop on Etsy called munchenlandmoms and it never showed up. I gave them the right address, I have proof of that.

When I messaged the seller about it she just said it wasn’t her concern where the mailman put it. So no refund, no replacement, nothing. I lost $16.72 and I can’t even upload my email to show them.

Just kind of stuck.

Sold me defective items, promised a replacement for over a year and never sent it

I bought something from a seller on Etsy and it was defective. They told me they would send a replacement. That was over a year ago. They just kept stringing me along, saying they would send it. I tried for a whole year to get them to actually do it. Now I know they're never going to send the replacement items. I'm out the money.
