Sold me defective items, promised a replacement for over a year and never sent it
I bought something from a seller on Etsy and it was defective. They told me they would send a replacement. That was over a year ago. They just kept stringing me along, saying they would send it. I tried for a whole year to get them to actually do it. Now I know they're never going to send the replacement items. I'm out the money.
