Pre-ordered a breast pump in March and still nothing by June

I ordered a breast pump from them beginning of March. It was advertised as a pre-order and said it would be sent out mid-April. Well it's now June and there is no shipping update at all.

I see influencers on social media getting their products and posting reviews. So they have the stuff. But paying customers like me are still waiting. I paid $400 and got nothing. No email, no tracking, nothing.
