Man called about SAT prep my son never signed up for

A man named Eugene Silver called me to complete a transaction for SAT prep material. He knew when my son had taken his SAT and that he was signed up to retake it. I was moving fast at work and should have paid more attention.

After the call I called my son and asked him about it, and figured out he didn't sign up for any of this. I called the number back that the call came in on, 703-723-0012, and left a message. A representative called me back and was extremely rude. The callback number was blocked.

I asked her if I could get an email copy of all the information being sent to me and a copy of my transaction. I asked if I could wait on the phone while she sent it. The information was never sent. I lost $250.
