Ordered veneers from Evaberry New York and they want me to ship to China

I ordered some veneers from a company called Evaberry New York. They appear to have no physical store front in New York. I reached out to get a refund from them for defective poor quality product which they claim to allow refunds and they are insisting I have to pay shipping for the product back to china and I am not going to do that since they offer "free" refunds.

Their website is evaberrynewyork.com and the email they use is [email protected]. They also have a phone number 1(656) 227-4113. I lost about 30 bucks on this.

I just want my money back but they won't do it unless I ship it back to China on my own dime. That doesn't make sense if they say refunds are free.
