Ordered a jumpsuit and now the tracking link is broken

I ordered the "Sophia/Off Shoulder Denim Jumpsuit" on April 21, 2026. They sent me an email saying it was received and shipped, with delivery to the US in 6-12 business days. So I tried to track the order using YT2611200706743062 and got a message saying the connection is not private and it might be impersonating a website.

I emailed them about the status at first they answered saying it was shipping related. Then I sent another message over a week ago and nobody has replied. I paid $64.95 for this and now I feel like I got scammed.

Instagram ad for a linen jumpsuit that was nothing like the picture

I saw this ad on Instagram for a linen jumpsuit on sale because of a renovation. Looked at their site and bought it. It took way longer than expected to get here. The tracking number was from some shipping company I never heard of.

I emailed them a few times and they kept saying it was on its way. Finally got the package yesterday. Opened the bag and it’s a cheap cotton short jumpsuit, nothing like the picture. I emailed asking for a return label and a full refund because it’s not what they advertised. The item page said “amelie linen jumpsuit.”

They wrote back saying they need pictures first to see if it qualifies for a refund. I just want my money back. When I tried looking up the business name, I couldn’t find anything in Nantucket. The site has fake reviews, this is a scam.
